In addition to our primary processing furnace for spent catalysts and metal residues, Kalumetals maintains a compliment of specialty metallurgical furnaces on hand.  These include a vacuum furnace, hydrogen belt furnace and an indirect fired rotary tube furnace.  In addition to the traditional drying and calcining services that we provide, we are also able to perform:

• specialty oxidation of finely divided metals
• oxide reduction
• de-lubing of metal powders and solids
• drying under a non oxygen atmosphere
• vacuum annealing
